“Excellent customer service by phone, and goods arrived the following day from date of order. Unfortunately, the carrier lost one of two parcels delivered, but Reddiseals immediately shipped a replacement, which I also received within 24 hours. I cannot fault customer service. One negative observation, as a retail customer, however, is that, although the prices in Reddiseals catalogue look reasonable, once VAT is added, including to the cost of carriage, the total bill came as a bit of a shock. Maybe retail customers should have the option of having prices printed inclusive of VAT. Just a thought.”

“A couple of issues with wrong items being dispatched but these were quickly and politely corrected by the superb customer service team. For me, this is what makes the difference when buying online and I would certainly have no hesitation in using Reddiseals again. Their budget line products offer real value for money and are in no way inferior because of the keen pricing.”

“I found the website easy to use to find some heavier duty sashcord. Then noticed all the other specialist sash stuff at keen prices.... Delivery was really quick (ordered Tuesday evening, arrived Thursday). The Reddipile 4mm brush seal was easy to install on the sides of the sash boxes and reduces friction and draughts. The adhesive is super strength so I found I didn't need staples; just a wipe down with meths to clean off any crud first. Looking forward to less 'Beast from East' next winter.”
