“Outstanding product, good service, HOWEVER, the delivery company they use, DX Delivery, trashed both my deliveries packaging in such a bad way that we believe DX played a game of football with both packages. USE ANOTHER DELIVERY FIRM REDDISEALS NEXT TIME WE ORDER FROM YOU!!!!!!! V. Graph U.K..”

“The primed beading is very thinly primed and the planing requires a bit of filling to achieve a good finish. Screws provided with the window locks are very fragile and can be broken by a small hand powered screwdriver.”

With regard to the screws, due to the nature of the product and ensuring that we offer a perfect match to the fasteners, the screws are brass and we do recommend that a manual screwdriver to be used in our fitting instructions. “Overall disappointed. I ordered and paid for goods on a Monday morning (having phoned with a query and being told they were in stock) and paid for next day delivery. Part of my order was not delivered until Thursday and I suspect would still be outstanding if I hadn’t chased it up - not good enough in my opinion and no refund made of next day delivery charge.”
