“Decent product and value but it wasn’t packed well and the container tub was cracked. I was able to seal over the crack with duct tape as the cost of sending back was more than the cost of the product.”

“I have used Reddiseals several times, they only sell quality products, keep good stock and have fast delivery. Whilst not necessarily the cheapest, I have no complaints, you get what you pay for. I strongly recommend the fast-set putty, easily workable and sets in 2 days, its been a revelation.”

“I am refurbishing my 24 year old Amdega Canadian Cedar Conservatory , part of this involves removing glazing beads prior to repainting the whole timber structure. What do i replace the split rot free cedar glazing strips with? well no Cedar Ovolo jumping out at me for sale so i thought Reddiseals Wood Fibre Strips would be worth a try Wow , so impressed with the quality , perfection on the finish , i have cut them to size (48 of them) tried nailing a sample but the wood fibre , though able to handle a pin in my case i drilled a 1.5mm pilot hole ready for the new nails , i think these beads will outlive the conservatory (and myself!) Quality Product.”

“The screws are excellent, however they were in two instances not provided with one screw bits / each box. I have asked by phone that 2 further bits only be sent and await a response The standard postage @ £ 8.50 was i think rather expensive but excepted this on ordering”

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Also, your comments with regard to the delivery cost have been noted. £8.50 is normally our standard charge for an overnight delivery with courier not standard post, but we will look into this for you and advise.

“Website easy to use and order from. Delivery prompt and fittings as described. Feel solid and well made. The shipping cardboard box was quite damaged and distorted but the contents were fine as wrapped in bubble wrap or their own box In the case of door handles. May want to think about using sturdier shipping boxes when the load is heavy and likely to move around.”
