“Person on the phone wasn’t very helpful even though I asked for some guidance . Rollerz turned out to be too large ( person on the phone perhaps could have told me they come in different sizes ) sash cord was unusable far too stiff for the size windows I had , but the fitter has opened in and tried part of it so it’s unreturable .”

“Fast responce, quick delivery, overall very good My only issue is postage to Guernsey was £150, postage to UK address £3.50, luckily I knew somebody in the UK that would post this to me for another £5 with Royal Mail”

“We made an order online which went through twice due to an error on their system.We paid twice for the same order and were promised a refund .5 weeks later still no refund everyone keeps passing the book back to a manager who will not reply to our emails or phone calls.Also we paid a shipping next day delivery cost .The goods were not delivered for a week after a phone call to chase them .Very poor service and staff overpromising”
