“We would normally give a 4 or 5 star rating as we have had good service over the years. However, lately there seems to be an issue when ordering weights and when a credit is due. Weights seem to be arriving with some weights missing. Although the weight was replaced, we were invoiced for it. The credit for the missing that was due came months late and in the meantime, we were threatened with being cut off from our credit account. There is currently an account or admin problem with Reddiseals.”

“My "next day" order was dispatched a day late, and only after I had to phone to find out what status this very time sensitive order was at. The staff beads I ordered did arrive the next day thankfully, but not only were the staff beads split, and essentially broken off, the rest of order was completely missing and no other delivery notification was provided. Strangely, the next day again, the rest of the order was delivered out of the blue in a separate box which was barely even sealed and had no protective packaging, so the items were nearly falling out. After a phone call with Ciara, the most unhelpful, uninterested person who took my calls at Reddiseals, who wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before demanding photographic evidence of the damage, I sent over photos via email. A follow up call to Ciara again was made to ask if she could take a look at the photos I provided, and as before, she simply wanted to end the call as fast as possible without an apology or an answer, only a passing the buck to a different department with no promise of a follow up or anything. There was absolutely no further contact from anyone at Reddiseals, and replacement staff beads turned up the next day out of the blue with no notice from the company, or an apology. I wouldn't use them again after this and advise others to be careful.”

“The only delivery option available for the seal we required was ‘next day courier’ at a cost of £26.38 plus VAT. Admittedly the weather was wild but there was alternate routes in place on A90 for 48 hrs before a contra flow was operational. As we had not received the delivery we contacted Reddiseal after 5 days to be told they would contact the courier for an update but we heard nothing till the delivery driver arrived with a very battered package - SEVEN DAYS LATE!!! Again we contacted Reddiseal who very quickly shrugged their shoulders and blamed the couriers for the delay and the state of the delivery. I reminded them that our contact was with them was for ‘safe next day delivery’. Eventually after much debate Reddiseal said they would refund the delivery charges. We waited three and a half weeks and no funds were returned to our bank account so we wrote and requested an update as to when this money would be received. A reply was received to say they would look into it now but they had a large backlog and asked that we bear with them. Another 10 days on and still no refund! ! ! Goods appear to be fine but customer service is severely lacking.”
