“The products have arrived promptly. Order process straight-forward. No dramas. We haven't used the yet so we cannot comment on installation yet, One disappointment/problem.... the pulleys did not come with screws, As we ordered these pulleys in antique brass finish that leaves a problem - such screws are not easy to pick up anywhere. Odd, as catches and lifts came with antique brass screws to match!!”

“Transaction was very good, though the payment page of the site was rather slow to load. The product purchased, sash window stops, is well made and has clear instructions. It would be helpful if the 6mm Allen key needed for fitting was included in the package rather than having to be bought separately.”

“We were very pleased with the efficiency of this company. The order was despatched promptly, as promised. The delivery company then let us down but that was no fault of Reddiseals who investigated the 'missing' package and were going to send out the order again but didn't have to do so as the original turned up a couple of days late.”

“Purchased 40 of the chrome square end sash pulleys. They are fantastic quality and better than I thought. Smooth running quiet operation and look spectacular. “Next day delivery didn't arrive because the delivery driver said he couldn't get to the house with my 12" square box - "access too small". But two double decker busses an hour stop outside, so go figure that one! If live by the M6 you should be fine, anything smaller they might decide you are too tricky. It came the following day, but I had been waiting with glass in hand for a whole day extra by then. I had paid for next day for a reason.”
