“I was very happy with the service and also with the goods. The only thing that pestered me was that I paid for the next day delivery and had to wait for 3 days.”

“Although on the doorstep I only new of you when you were recommended by a carpenter that I know. Firstly I went to you in person. I found you helpful and informative and I made a purchase there and then. Secondly I have ordered and received goods on line from you. All good. I think you have a good range of products and at the right money. So far it really is all good and I expect to be making more purchases today.”

“Used this rubber seal on my summerhouse windows with great effect. Easy to apply and should stop any rain getting in. A better choice than silicone, which can be very messy.”

“Easy to order, quick delivery and trackable. Pleased over all. I realise Reddiseals is a trade company so I was a little bit stuck with the size of the reel of weather strip I needed as I only used 6metres of the 50metre roll.”

“The product was good however both tubes had broken nozzles, as I had paid for next day delivery and needed them they were used without the mixing nozzle. This is an update ... I was contacted by customer services shortly after posting my review. All I can say is what a fantastic customer service they have, refund the P&P and apologised, some times that's all you look for. As said before the product was still very usable and very good at the job, but I've goon from 3 to 5 stars because of customer service, if all were like that life would be much happier. Thanks C.S.”
