“Reddiseals was brilliant. Once the sash windows were out of the boxes and we could have a good look at them, we decided the old windows needed draft proofing but we didn't want to delay the project. Also, because the house is in a conservation area, we wanted the draft proofing hidden. Reddiseals website was easy to navigate. Ordered mid-day and received the seals the next. Can't fault them!”

“Unbelievably great service. As a (very) occasional retail customer making only modest purchases the service was exceptional. Communication was first class, e-mails and paperwork clear and accurate, delivery on time and remarkably speedy. I haven't compared Reddiseals pricing, but with service this good for me price is a secondary issue.”

“Still havnt recived my items of glazing tape, which I paid next day for. Had to go somewhere else to get my stock from. Not grate to be honest”

“The pulleys I asked for were the wrong ones (round ended instead of square ended ) in the correct packet.The packets were labelled square ended. This was clearly a mistake so I called and they agreed to send out a new set of the rig ht kind. Next day having been unable to complete my work and with a slightly unhappy client I received a new delivery from rediseals. I opened the packet and yet again it was round ended pulleys in packets labelled square ended! I called them and they have agreed to sort it out. My customer will now have to wait till next week. He's not happy because his job isn't finished I'm not happy because I cant have my final payment but what can you do.”
