About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“My old dachshund dog had been grieving the loss of his companion and exhibiting distressed behaviour for several weeks. A new 2 year old dachshund dog was due the day following my discovery of The Red Dog Company website. I rang them up, received expert advice on appropriate size and they pulled out all the stops to deliver a medium size grey bed and mat the next day. Kachang and Tojang met for the first time in the garden, came inside, jumped into the new bed and stayed there tucked up together for the next three hours before emerging the best of friends. I am convinced the comfort and security they experienced helped the bonding process enormously. Both the dog bed and the mat, which they love to use around the house,look good,are brilliantly designed, beautifully made, easy to clean and of superb quality. I cannot recommend The Red Dog Company highly enough and am so very happy I found them.”

“Easy to use website, very quick delivery, helpful staff and the bed quality is absolutely superb. I have owned Rottweilers for the last 30+ years and always bought Orvis beds as they were good quality, however they recently stopped selling dog beds in the UK and it is not possible to import from USA. So I started to search for something similar and was delighted when I found the Red Dog Company and even better that they are all made in the UK! I hope that all previous Orvis customers will find these beds as well to support the Red Dog Company. My newest arrival Bentley is 9 months and is in love with his bed (sadly in a very boisterous romantic way :) so we need to keep an eye on him!”

“I purchased the medium orange bed for my 11 year old miniature schnauzer to support his old age. So far the bed has been a huge hit and a welcome change from the floor as he never seemed to be able to settle for long. Lovely quality and worth the investment.”

“I bought the Fire Orange Roll Up Dog Mat in medium and it has been a total game-changer in training my dog, Dolly! We had some issues with her settling and so I decided to purchase a really good quality settle mat to practise calming down, and this certainly didn't disappoint. The quality is sublime - it's so soft and Dolly absolutely loves lying on it, which means it's no hardship in getting her to settle down on her mat. I'm so impressed that I'm thinking about buying another.”

“The big decision to spend more money than I would normally on my Dog's bed was the best decision I've made for a long time. My dog has had disc problems and bad arthritis. He is noticeably improved & choses to spend more time in his new bed. It's warm when cold, cool when warm, wicks away moisture and odours, supportive, minimal maintenance. The quality is superb. I'm really pleased and so is my Dog!”

“Both my Tibetan terriers have used and approved both the Mat bed and the dog bed. In fact they are choosing either bed instead of the sofa providing there isn’t a human to snuggle up to. Very impressed- great quality products 10/10 from us”

“I absolutely love my two purchases, a small green roll mat and the red memory foam mat. I debated what to get for a while as it’s hard to tell what things will be like irl. My puppy is still a bit destructive so I’ll be waiting a bit longer before I buy him more stuff, but when I do, I will definitely get a bed and replacement mats in the future. Honestly these are the best crafted dog bedding/accessories I’ve seen, the price is well well worth it.”

“Fabulous Dog bed with prompt delivery. Have tried many, many dog beds in the past and the sides always seem to collapse under the weight of a hefty 40kg dog. This dog bed keeps its shape and must be just so comfortable as we have trouble getting the dog out of it. Also loved the colour options. Would highly recommend it.”

“Previously we used Orvis dog beds but these are no longer available. Bought two of the Red Dog beds and the quality is excellent. Following this my Aunt also bought one for her Dachshund and she is also pleased. The APC courier was unreliable though taking quite almost a week to deliver.”

“Our labrador loves his bed, and heads straight for it every time. We wanted something for the sitting room that wouldn't make it look scruffy and it really works. It's not a cheap product, but the quality is excellent, and it has the softness but also rigidity of form that we were looking for, so many dog beds go floppy on the sides very easily.”
