About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“Took a long time assessing all the options and reading all the reviews (nearly succumbed to buying velvet doggie chaise longue, but came to my senses). Chose The Red Dog Company because of the all natural, breathable materials and terrific build quality. 100% recommended. Yes, it’s at the higher price end but it’s justified. The basket and cushion are fully upholstered - like a high quality sofa. My Cyprus street rescue Ekos loves it, and now the cats have moved in too!”

“Really happy with the vet bedding we bought for our two dachshunds to lie on in the kitchen. We wanted something natural, easy to wash, non-slip and cosy for the dogs to lie on by the AGA and this vet bedding is brilliant. “First class all round. Saw you a couple of years ago at Spirit Of Christmas , and have been meaning to replace our lab's saggy old Orvis bed since. Really pleased to have seen you again this year, and Bentley is loving his new bed. Firmer bolster is so much better than Orvis offering . Thank you all @RedDogCompany”

“Luna loves her new bed - it is very cosy & supportive and she often chooses it over the sofa! I chose the grey woolly base as I knew keeping the cream one clean would be impossible for us. Luna is a smallish cockerpoo (7.5kg) and the small bed is perfect for her.”

“Bed is lovely and my dog finds it very comfortable. It was very expensive and there is a bit of moulting. As it’s cream it gets dirty very quickly and couldn’t afford mattress protector.”

“I purchased the small gray dog mat bed for my 17 month old Jack Russell ahead of her having Luxating Patella Surgery. She loves this bed and it makes it so much easier for her to move around and gives her the support that she needs. It also fits well in her crate. This bed may seem expensive however I feel it is worth every penny, its very good quality and looks like it will last a long time. ”

“I’ve always bought rather cheap dog beds. It’s a false economy. My two three-quarter- bred Salukis just destroy them and I end up with stuffing all over the house. So this time I decided to go for quality and bought two of the Red Dog Company’s large tweed dog mats. Pricey but well worth the money! They are extremely well made and the covers are sturdy enough to withstand abuse while being soft and attractive. And the mattresses are super comfy. The fleece does shed a little at first but it’s a really inviting texture to sleep on. It stays remarkably clean. I just hoover it every now and again. It may get a little grey but at that point I shall wash it gently I rather over-estimated how big a size they needed, with the result that there’s plenty of room for them both to sleep on the same bed, because they curl up small in the winter. It’s rather sweet. For now the other one is in another room, which is useful. In the summer, when it’s hot and they like to stretch out they’d probably like a bed each. I’m not posting a picture of them on the bed in the kitchen because I’d be obliged to wash my muddy floor before I took it! But here’s a pic of Tyomkin and his sister Dandelevka on Hampstead Heath:”

“Ordered a large bed and mat for one of my Labradors. It was such good quality and my older dog is very comfortable in it. He was less comfortable when my other Labrador got in with him so I ordered one for her too. Now they're both happy to be in their own beds and they look really smart in the lounge. Even the cat is getting on on the action, she loves the mat which I put in the sofa. I've had many different dog beds over the years and these are the best I've seen. The sheepskin hoovers up well and the fact you can wash the covers is a real bonus.”

“10mins out of the box and HEAVEN!!! Our pointer/whippet barely let us get the bed out of the box. She jumped in and hasn't left it. This is the M size and shows lots of room to stretch still. We put her blanket in (for her smell) but the sheepskin cushion will certainly keep her warm. We now have our sofa and chair back!!! Photos are just to show the size of our dog when looking at sizes. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
