“Very efficient in getting quote and arranging pickup, only issue was comment that driver would need support to load etc. Not a problem to give support but the number of caveats given to ensure no liability for reducing to load/pickup were left with yourselves made me nervous that you would not pickup or would find an excuse when driver arrived. In end none of this was true, hence 4 stars”
