“First time of buying a refurbed phone and was apprehensive tbh. I originally went to well known department store and had a chat with the young guy in there who said have you thought of a refurb? I said I had but was unsure! Anyway, decided to go for it and I'm really pleased with my new phone - it really is just like new and it was super easy to transfer all my info across. Knowing I'm paying less AND helping the environment a bit makes it all the more sweet! If you're hesitant, dont be, just go for it!”

“Reboxed took my money for items I don’t believe it had. After several emails over many weeks to an exceptionally helpful, intelligent and honest service member (Sarah)… it became clear that the 2 phones I ordered were not coming in time for my kids’ birthdays. So I reluctantly had to cancel the order. The 2 stars are for Sarah!”

“I ordered an apple watch they gave me fake charger(charger’s packet was written that was for C-type but inside the charger was USB🤣🤣) and wrong belt and wrong size belt. When I complained they sent me another wrong belt with actually size. But haven’t got the actual c-type charger not even the fake 🤣🤣🤣”
