“Highly recommend Reboxed. Originally heard about them via Smarty who we having a rolling phnoe contract with. However, since then I've heard great comments form friends about them. They were not mistaken, their customer service is brilliant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and happy to deal with any queries you have. Will definitely use Reboxed again in the future :-)”

“Waited 3 weeks to receive the wrong phone. sent it back and then rather than provide me with the phone I ordered they cancelled my whole order. what a waste of a month”

“After a few days of mix ups over colour (i received a white phone as black not available ) eventually got my phone Can't complain it's pristine Thanks to GHeeta for her help still waiting on sceen protector but hopefully it will turn up Samsung s22 ultra”

“Purchased an iPhone 15 promax. Delivered on time but had a fault (no WiFi). Had to spend half a day with Apple online and in-store sorting it out. At the same time, Reboxed were marketing to me offering me a better deal than the one I just signed up to. I complained about both issues, got a £20 refund for the marketing, no mention about the massive inconvenience caused by the fault.”

“I wanted to buy a quality mobile phone for my daughter without paying top money, and I wasn’t disappointed. The process of choosing and buying the phone was really straightforward, and the service has been really efficient and professional. Even to the presentation of the phone in its ‘Reboxed’ box! I was even provided with a free screen protector as part of an email offer. And most importantly, the phone is perfect!”

“One good one not so good I placed 2 orders with reboxed. One was confirmed and despatched quickly. It was a Premium phone and the battery health was just over 80%, which tbh, I would rather have had the option to pay a bit more and have a new battery. But that being said the phone arrived in a couple of days and works fine. HOWEVER, the second order had a bigger memory and I was advised of a despatch of 3-4 days after placing the order. After 5 days I’d heard nothing so I enquired via customer services and was told it would be despatched in 2 days. After 4 days Is heard nothing so asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Following this email request I was sent a link in how to return my phone which was useless as I hadn’t received the phone so I had nothing to return. over 20 emails to customer support later and I’m still only getting a link to return the phone and have had no other contact or help from reboxed. Caveat Emptor !!”

“My phone took ages to arrive and wasn’t in the ‘very good’ condition that I purchased! Communication was very slow as you can just email them! So the return was also slow but after the backwards and forwards this experience was about a month long! Unfortunately I can recommend Reboxed!”
