“I have now purchased two phones from Reboxed and have been very satisfied both times. I think the website is excellent and the descriptions of the phones bought have been accurate. The online purchasing system works well and the product arrives well packaged. I needed an invoice for my business and this was efficiently provided. I would certainly buy from Reboxed again.”

“My order wasn’t processed so I didn’t receive it. I chased it up and was sent a 12 which only had 87% health battery despite paying for as new. The customer service was good but I didn’t receive a phone I wanted before my holiday so very frustrating.”

“The phone look as good as new. You wouldn’t believe if someone said it was secondhand. However it took a while to setup about 3 attempts. It did in the end. It works ok apart from apps freezing occasionally and the phone just reboot out of the blues. I have an iPhone 12 which is older but has never behaved this way. I’ve owned many iPhone since the iPhone 4 but they’ve never behaved this way even when they are old. I think there’s a problem with this phone.”
