“Overall Good. 4 stars because, when ordering a second A42 5G there were no like new or Premium ones and only "Great Condition" I ordered based on the blurb on your site. There was a glitch your site said "Card declined" twice. I spent about a hour with my bank who confirmed that the card was not declined, to prove the point we did another transaction live - your site said declined, at a high level within the bank they confirmed again NOT DECLINED. On the Monday mid morning I tried another transaction which went straight through, same card , same details. This was the last phone at £189 (which was the same price as I paid for the premium one a few weeks back. You have new stock now, the premium now reduced to £169. The absolute bargain is the "Fair" at £129. Other than this annoyance Re-boxed have been excellent, the products excellent twice round now.”

“Worst company ever. No phon number. Refuse to answer emails. Won’t tell me my cancellation rights. In short I am paying for a phone I don’t have and they won’t send another or refund. Never use! Amazon delivered the next day”

“After much deliberation over what smart phone to buy (Ive had an iPhone 5 for ever and its suited me in terms of reliability and size), whether new or used and from what supplier. I've opted for a pristine used Apple 13mini from Reboxed. After 2 to 3 weeks of ownership I am very pleased - its pristine as described ( a relief and one concern eliminated) - turned up in a timely manner and nicely packaged - it works as it should and, more importantly . I'm able to work with it ( a rellef as my other concern was around loss of button and a loss of operational famiarity: these concerns have largely been unfounded). So I'm delighted and would follow this Reboxed path again.”

“Pleased with my Samsung Galaxy S22 but disappointed by the lack of technical detail before purchase, particularly the fact that the phone has no SD card slot. Otherwise very satisfied.”
