“Reboxed are great. My phone arrived on time and was like new, as promised. I've had it now for a few weeks and am still delighted with it. I also like the ethos of the company: that I'm using a phone that is like new and has been saved from going to waste or to ordinary recycling (and what happens to them?). I will definitely buy from Reboxed again and will recommend to friends.”

“My initial huge satisfaction with reboxed (expressed in a 5 star Trust Pilot rating) was brought to a juddering halt a few days ago (one month after purchase). Essentially, my new device 'froze' preventing me from accessing the content of the phone or powering off. In consequence I had to pay £195 for repair, not to mention the inconenience of being without the phone over this period. I haven't done so yet but I'm inclined to update my Trust Pilot review so that other customers don't have to endure the same fate.”

“The site says delivery in 3-5 working days, but I had to wait twice as long. And I ordered a Blue phone, but received a Black one. (I didn't complain about this, as the phone worked ok, and I didn't want to wait another two weeks for a replacement.)”

“Easy to navigate website and loads of selection, arrived quickly in great condition only gripe was I ordered a blue i phone and was sent a black i phone, couldn’t be bothered to send it back tho! Overall still happy and would use Reboxed again.”
