“Was looking for a survey to inform us before we put our property on the market. We had a costly quote prior to Using Really Moving. We were contacted by 3 surveyors and pleased with the firm we went with (Nicholas Harvey Consulting) who understood what we wanted, offered good value and were quick in doing the work.”

“I found the solicitors there were all really good they itemised prices so you knew exactly what you would be paying for and can plan/budget accordingly I found a lot of solicitors quote you a price but forget to mention all the add on and everything is plus vat so it can be quit a shock when it comes to paying the final bill”

“Although Really Moving is a helpful website, solicitors need to be more accurate with quotes as legal fees are misleading figures, outlays are not added, which then pushes the quote up by another £500 or £1,000.”

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, some matters can be more complex than others and therefore, they can only be accurately quoted on a case-by-case basis after a direct conversation with the solicitor. It is therefore not always possible for our system to take into consideration all aspects of your requirements at the stage of quotation which can result in the slight inaccuracy of quotes. We are however checking in with our partners on a regular basis, to ensure that the fees represented on our site are as up to date as possible. We will pass your feedback on. “Whilst the system was easy to use and straight forward I did not agree to the comparison companies constantly bombarding me with phone calls. There should be an option that asks if you’re happy for them to contact you. After all it is up to you which company you’re choosing and you don’t need every other company calling 10 times a day while at work”
