“Poor service. Dropped my bed head piece.on the ground floor and asked for money before taking the head piece out. Unprofessional”

“Really disappointed. I requested some quotes and ticked the box to indicate I am just at the budgeting/research stage and not yet ready to buy. This detail was not passed on to the firms and I have been bombarded with sales calls.”

“Be careful - I was just interested in quotes and now I'm being hounded day and night by all sorts of moving companies, conveyancers, and surveyors. Phone calls, texts and emails from sales teams despite me saying I just wanted quotes for a future house move.”

“Not enough options and the vendors are far from where I live I only want to move large items and the new home is just few minutes walk distance the quotation I get is £700up”

“The quotes which the companies came back with were about twice the amount that was provided on this website, even though we accurately put in the details on the website. The only useful thing was that it gave us some moving companies to get quotes from.”

“I didn't like that within minutes of asking for a quote I had one company texting me and sending me three e-mails. You shouldn't be passing on customer data like that! Feels very dodgy! I ended up going with a completely different surveyor as I didn't trust your site and comparisons.”
