“The companies whose quotes get provided kept harassing me with phone calls to a point I had to block their number. Would not recommend.”

“I was connected with PCS Legal via reallymoving which caused me months of undue stress and financial cost. pcs legal are the worst company i have ever had to deal with. Ignored throughout the process despite it being a basic cash purchase with no chain and I had the survey completed straight away myself. I had to pay them an extra £360 for the platinum service and then they arranged for completion the following week despite that Id just been told it could still take several months. About 6 months after the purchase they still hadnt registered me as the owner at the land registry so i had to do this myself and they are continuing to ignore my requests which have been ongoing for months to repay me the £225 they told me that they owe me when they sent the completion statement 7 months ago.”

“Found this via the Monesysavingexpert website (which I swear by) and had quotes and follow up calls within minutes. Wide range of quotes and everyone I spoke to seemed very knowledgable, I booked my survey in the timeframe I wanted and am confident it will be thorough. The company answered all my questions and gave me reassurance that I was making the right decision.”
