“Brilliant for getting quotes. However, I'd not use again as I have been inundated with calls from the companies. I therefore will not use any of those companies.”

We’re sorry that you received too many responses from our partners. When you get quotes on our site it informs you that your details will be passed on to the firms who quoted you (but absolutely no one else). Most of our users find this helps them get more detailed quotes, answer questions and choose a firm more quickly. However, we can absolutely understand that getting multiple calls and emails can be overwhelming. Thank you for leaving a review, and we will pass this feedback on. “I needed a solicitor for buying a property. I submitted the details regarding my situation and I quickly got quotes from 4 firms spanning a larger budget range. This actually worked very well for me. There are probably many alternatives and I tend to stress a lot about going through them and making the right choice. In this case I liked what I found and I was able to choose quickly.”

“Was recommended this from a friend. The compare site is disadvantageous in that only four quotes are compared, so those with good service but higher prices were not shown. Once they have your information, the affiliated companies continue to send unsolicited emails and phone calls.”

“Chose a surveyor based on 5 star reviews but the experience I had was poor. The survey report was significantly late and not actually very useful. It didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know, in fact it missed out key bits of information that I specifically asked for in order for me to make an educated decision about the property. Most of the survey contained stock information that I could have got off the internet, rather than expert advice on how to deal with the problems in the property. Had I not sought advice from another specialist, I would have been lumbered with an unexpected cost of 20k to fix the issues not properly advised on in the report.”
