“Nick Cobb provided a full Building Survey for a property in the Guildford area. The report was thorough, easy to understand and competitively priced. “It should have the option Share of freehold rather than Freehold or Leasehold only and ask if the building has more than 5 floors or number of flats that falls under the Building Safety Acy 2022. Both add costs that would not be added to a quote without asking specifically...”

“Not a huge amount of response I got 4 in total - one was super expensive central London based outfit and the other 3 were reasonable but got put off reading reviews on some of them as it appeared they were offshore/production line outfits so a pure lottery if you got someone with any sense or a complete imbecile - I wasnt prepared to take risk to save a few hundred quid so opted for a local conveyancer.”

“I was looking for a surveyor for a homebuyers report and the surveyor Nick Cobb MRICS was recommended. They did an excellent job and as a result of their report I pulled out of the house purchase due to the findings from the report. I have found another house and will be using the same surveyor for my report.”
