“Found a company to use (as not not used so can’t really rate) but gave a 3 due to there being a couple of good removal companies and at least 1 dodgy!”

We’re sorry that you received too many responses from our partners. When you get quotes on our site it informs you that your details will be passed on to the firms who quoted you (but absolutely no one else). Most of our users find this helps them get more detailed quotes, answer questions and choose a firm more quickly. However, we can absolutely understand that getting multiple calls and emails can be overwhelming. “The movers in the database are good but the estimates provided were so inaccurate. Everyone I contacted for details charged at least £130 more than reallymoving said.”

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, some matters can be more complex than others and therefore, the price can alter slightly once the company speaks with you to take more details. “Quick and easy to get the quotes. Would've preferred to have had more quotes from local businesses. 3 came from local firms, 2 from nationals. The nationals quoted 1.5 to 2 times the price of the local firms, needless to say I won't be using them.”

“I was really struggling to get an available surveyor and to be quite honest was being messed around by those who I had made contact with. Within 1 minute of filing my details with reallymoving I had received three acceptable quotes, two direct response emails, and one phone call! There was approx £100 between top and bottom priced quote, I chose the cheapest and had a surveyor booked within the hour... now that's what I call... reallymoving! Thank you, excellent service.”

“Got 3/4 quotes quickly and was asked to click on which one I wanted to pursue but actually got contacted by ones that I had not clicked on and one company was very pushy in asking me for my details and to pay for a survey, I was confused as I did not recognise their name, as being the one I had asked to contact me and she acknowledged they were a different company and backed off.”

“I asked for conveyancer recommendations. You gave me 3. Two were pricy compared with estate agent offerings ' in house'. Probably that's just reality. The inexpensive one had terrible Trustpilot rating.”
