“James Barnes Associates Ltd (chartered surveyor/registered valuer) contacted us after we completed a request for a property survey on Reallymoving.com, after an initial telephone conversation we enlisted his services to complete a RICS survey on a property in Somerset. We found James to be most amiable, extremely helpful and reliable in every aspect. He was very thorough and made himself available for follow up queries. We would recommend his services to anyone needing a property survey.”

“Their website literally says they won’t spam you… but the conveyancers will! Just wanted a quote, not 4 calls and texts a day from 4 different firms. Ended up having to block all incoming calls just to stop it!!!”

“Arranged a survey through Reallymoving. Useful starting point in finding a surveyor. Comprehensive Level 3 survey gave us useful guidelines on what needed attention on completion of our purchase, including costings, and what to check before going ahead. The report arrived 7 working days after the survey was carried out and a query we raised post survey was answered promptly.”
