“Just one quote came through and when I chased the second name I was told they didn't have sufficient indemnity insurance so didn't bother to reply or quote. Very disappointing all in all and have lost a week waiting.”

“This is the third removal company I have used in the last 5 years and they have been the absolute best. I received four quotes from simply removals so that I could choose the one that best suited me. My furniture was well protected, and they took the utmost care when removing from my old flat and bringing it into my new flat, on the second floor with no lifts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they had the job done super fast. I have already recommended them to a friend, and would absolutely use them again if needed. Thank you so much Simply Removals.”

“While it was useful to have quick quotes for conveyancing, the range of companies replying was a little diverse and mostly,not local. Be prepared for lots of follow up emails and phone calls from the companies providing the quotes. It became tiresome.”

“The surveyors were not competitive in price. The Target HCA itself has a guidance on the price for the Help to Buy Valuation and the quoted prices were minimum twice to thrice the guidance price.”
