“I have no problem with the initial quotes, what I do have a problem with is then getting calls from the various lenders over the next week. Personally I was just shopping around to compare prices before starting the process, so I felt it wasted both mine and the lenders time.”

“I made the mistake of registering on the weekend, so when they said "Here are your four quotes" all they recommended was themselves. Trying again on Monday morning worked a good deal better. A simple note saying "Quotes are not available on the weekend." would increase trust in their impartiality.”
