“I was happy with the online quotes which is what I requested but then the phone calls started which disappointed me, I asked for online quote not harassing phone calls.”

“The top quote was for conveyancingdirect. I instructed them and had an abysmal experience. No returned phone calls, no replies to two emails and after a week they still had not submitted the offer, or tried to contact me. Never again.”

“The service / contact from the various suggested removal firms has been quick and professional so far but am still to confirm or appoint a final removals firm as I need to book in a few viewings for them to provide me with a more accurate price.”

“I asked for quotes, which were emailed across within about half an hour, which was pretty quick. The only thing for me was the follow up calls made by the companies that didn't email a quote, the main reason that I emailed was because I was at work, and didn't want the companies calling me, however in spite of that, the three quotes I received via email were very competitive and the callers were very polite and professional. The companies that attempted to call rather than email have lost out in this instance I'm afraid. Overall, it's a good quote getting tool and worth a try.”
