“Reallymoving did put me in touch with a number of moving companies, but, due to the fact that the orgiinal questions on the reallymoving.com website were insufficient for the companies to provide quotes, I was bombarded by calls from sales people, asking if I could provide more detail, despite the reallymoving.com website stating that they would email me. I think some work could be done here to liaise with the companies, understand what they need to put together an estimate, and then allow the companies to provide estimates (by email!) which can then be made into proper quotes when you decide to go with that company and provide more detail. That way, the process would be easier to manage, and you don't get your phone ringing off the hook with people trying to sell their products to you.”

“Helpful to get instant quotes, but as soon as I opened the link in the email I was relentlessly bombarded by emails and calls from solicitors/surveyors/etc... ReallyMoving needs to outright tell these providers that users are not wantig to immediately work with them, only that they want a quote for now. I'm still getting calls from some of these companies despite telling them to stop, it's really off-putting and ruins my desire to want to work with any of them.”
