“Very useful website. Suggested companies were quick to respond with a rang of quotes. Better than just enquiring with your local solicitors. I would recommend it to others and would probably use again myself in the future.”

“You get 4 fast quotes but despite what the site says you receive calls and emails from every party, wether you have chosen them or not. I didn’t choose any of the surveyors as three had 4 week waits for surveys and I needed earlier for a cash purchase. The only one available within two weeks had poor reviews (3.6 out of 5) and demanded cash payment before attempting to book any date. Avoided this one and found a more local company via Google within 10 days.”

“Nick's services have been excellent, the survey was carried out quickly without any hassle and there were no long forms be completed like some other companies i contacted. His report was issued within 48hrs, it was very detailed, thorough and clearly shows his vast experience and knowledge. We had a few follow up questions which Nick answered very well. I will be recommending Nick to my friends and family!”
