“Helpful, but one of quotes was much higher when I contacted the company!”

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, some matters can be more complex than others and therefore, they can only be quoted on a case-by-case basis. The good thing about our site is it does generally take away the hard work for you – rather than sifting through google to find reputable firms, you can rest assured that all of our partners are thoroughly vetted before joining our panel making them reputable, and we work hard to build a strong catalogue of feedback to help you make your decision. We have a range of companies on the panel, some that are based solely online, and some that offer more localized knowledge and it does of course completely depend on your preference as to what works for you. We are actually currently working hard to build our coverage of more localized firms as they can sometimes offer invaluable local knowledge that online firms might not always be able to provide. “I found it to be quick on the return results, but was not sure of the prices as I only got one price back. It was as if you picked it for me. Also the email address was with http:/ and not with https:/.which to me is not secure.”

“The website was fine and easy to use ..... but neither of the 2 surveyors that came up came back with a quote, so we are back to square one.”

“Instead of the 'promised' four quotes I received only one? The one quote that I received in under 1 minute, had apparently not read my advised notes as to my sepcific requirements. On contacting the supplier of the one quote they advised me that they would get back to me, but that was three days ago . . . The concepot of Really Moving's comparison offer is commendable, but it does not seem to be able to related to the realities of obtaining a Building Survey report.”

“The quotes came from firms that operate nationwide. They were very competitive but none was local to me so I did not give them a try. However, my view is coloured by a couple of bad experiences in the past.”

“Very quickly came back with 4 quotes and first thing the next morning one of them rang. I was impressed as I am still waiting on previous companies to get back to me. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.”

“I only got one removals quote not 5 in 2 days. Maybe the rest will follow. The boxes company on there offered free postage over £100. My spend was £136 but it wanted £8.99 postage at checkout do I didn't buy. Useful moving advice though.”
