“Quotes provided very quickly as a guide. They need to be discussed in more detail about your personal circumstances, but they are very useful to provide benchmark costs. Good service”

“Instant quotes received from two non-local companies that appear to be middle-men, not the actual surveyors' firms, and their quotes were worryingly low - difficult to believe a thorough, professional job would be done. Two other firms' quotes were "TBA" but nothing further received four days later. Overall: disappointing.”
