“Have been involved with the 'Malt Teasers' online tasting since it began. Great insight to all types of Whiskies out there that you might not normally try, or can afford. Excellent value for money. The variety, price, packaging and speed of delivery is excellent and I would highly recommend TRGWC.”

“The particular whiskey I wanted appeared to have hit and miss stock levels elsewhere. I used the live message facitlity on the Really Good Whiskey's website to confirm they had what I wanted in stock. It is a genuine live message facitlty, they got back to me straight away to confirm the stock levels were accurate and they had the items. I then placed the order and arranged to pick it up from their HQ. There was a bit of confusion on my part regarding the order so I sent an email to the company. As it was 8:00 pm on a Saturday night of a bank holiday weekend I didn't expect a response until the next Tuesday. Alex got back to me within 20 minutes and cleared up the issue instantly. I was then able to collect the goods as arranged. I'm 57 therefore I'm old enough to remember when service like this was the norm. Unfortunately times have changed and the contempt that a lot of companies show towards the customers through shabby, shoddy service is all too common these days. Not so with the Really Good Whiskey Company. The courtesy and respect they show to the customers by their polite, swift and efficient business manner is second to none. Combine this with extremely competetive prices and you have a company that is second to none. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Really Good Whiskey Company and I will definately be using them again.”

“I ordered two bottles to be delivered to my house and one bottle to be delivered to my Uncle’s house for his birthday. Even though I made two separate orders they still sent all the bottles to my home address. Once they realised their mistake they collected the bottle and delivered it to the correct address. No real harm done, though my uncle didn’t get his bottle in time for his birthday.”
