“had some difficulty ordering online but when I telephoned the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and told me what to do. The goods were very well packed which was great as the delivery driver left the goods balanced on a wall. Definitely would recommend this company to my friends”

“Having read enough comments elsewhere and based on my own experience I have doubts the ‘flood sale’ was really a lucky dip. Glenturret anyone? Other people with exactly the same two whiskies I got in a lucky dip. Could be long odds, I’m not convinced though.”

“Appalling customer service Failed to send my order or notify me of a problem. When chased, told gift box for tasting set was missing but would send miniatures and include an extra one to compensate for lack of gift box. Chased them again before miniatures were finally sent and when they arrived 2 weeks after ordering they had sent 2 miniatures duplicated so ruined Christmas present. Have had no response to my email complaint - don’t shop with these people.”
