“Would have been five stars except for all of the issues with the shipment getting to me in the US which apparently was the shipper fault. They were very apologetic and offered a partial refund and did everything possible to make sure I eventually received my order. Have ordered from them for several years and always had excellent service”

“Your product was sent out promptly from Amazon but no gift card was included so the recipient did not know who it was from, and when they mentioned receiving a gift from Amazon I was confused as I was expecting it to be sent by you.”

“I never received the whiskey. It was brought but no one was home my father in law was seriously ill. When I went to pick it up at the post office it wasn't there. I tracked it and it informed me it had been sent back to sender. So I can't rate something I haven't received. Sorry”

“Ordered a tasting set for my husband for Christmas- I’m sure he’ll love it! Delivery was fast although I did have to pay a lot for shipping to Guernsey & then had to pay import duty to collect my goods, too.”
