“My order was placed on 12/15 and on 12/23, I was very disappointed to learn that it would not arrive by Christmas. I understand that, this year in particular, deliveries are delayed, but had I known earlier, I would have made other arrangements. Whilst I’m receiving a full refund, as a first-time customer, I think it would have been better customer service to offer a me some sort of gift (nothing major - Perhaps a whisky sample) post-Christmas (perhaps by New Year’s)”
