“I didn't receive my last tasting pack (it never did arrive by the way), when I queried it with Alex he immediately sent a replacement that arrived in time for the tasting. No quibbles. Fantastic service.”

“Extremely poor. First, part of my order was no longer available though the website still advertises this particular bottle, then I was not provided a tracking number or any shipping information until I emailed asking about my order status, then I finally get the remains of my order, only to have the wrong product (my Compass Box 5cl sampler was missing the packaging and had 2x Spaniards and 1x Spice Tree.)”
