“I had a great experience with the Really Good Whisky Company. I bought a whisky advent calendar as a birthday gift for someone. The recipient loved it. From start to finish, there was great communication with the company so I was able to track the delivery closely. Everything was well-packaged. The company is really responsive and I’m most impressed with the excellent customer service. I would shop with them again.”

“I ordered a Christmas present and it failed to arrive on time. In fact, it didn't arrive until the new year! Part of this seems to be because The Really Good Whisky Company didn't dispatch it for quite a while. They then blamed it on the courier firm. I asked for a refund on the delivery cost and never received anything.”
