“I ordered a bouquet for my daughters 'non-wedding day'! then changed my mind on the colour. Cindy was absolutely brilliant, she amended my order and nothing was too much trouble. The flowers arrived exactly on time, they were beautiful and in gorgeous packaging. I can't speak highly enough of The Real Flower Company!”

“First class customer service! I changed my mind on the colour of the bouquet I ordered for my daughters 'non-wedding day'! Cindy rang me and sorted everything out. Nothing was too much trouble, the flowers arrived on time, they were beautiful in gorgeous packaging. I cant recommend them highly enough. Jill”

“Ordered the freesias as they on a offer to get extra free stems. Although fairly well packed the box had stared to disentergrate at one end and most of the flower heads were abit squashed. But soon revived... Bit disappointed in the smell, or lack of, as mine hardly has much of a sent at all...”

“When a too good to be true special offer drops into your inbox you just have to have it. That's what happened to me this week. A special offer on sweet peas that did not disappoint. Beautiful - the colours, the perfume, the long stems they look absolutely gorgeous in my lounge window.”

“Ordered 3 varieties of dahlia tuber. In the end only one variety was available, and rather against my better judgement (subsequently vindicated) was pressed to accept the 3+3 free which remained. Those 6 have now been delivered, and not a ONE is viable: they are all fit only for the compost heap. The tubers have gone soft and squashy, show no sign of life, and will never grow into good plants. I am an experienced dahlia grower so know what I am talking about. I have asked for my money to be refunded. Then I will send the tubers back to The Real Flowers. Very disappointing outcome.”

“Easy website to use. I've been looking at an opportunity to order from here, and found it perfect for my mum's birthday. I wanted luxury flowers that focused on single flower arrangements and the roses were special. They were delivered perfectly, and very well packaged for next day arrival. The scent of each rose varies and are simply gorgeous - mum loved them!”
