“I ordered flowers to be delivered the following day for my daughter's birthday, a special one so I was looking for something special. My daughter was amazed when they arrived saying that they were the best she had ever received and photos she sent to me confirmed this. They were more expensive than other florists but well worth it.”

“The products are outstanding but the deliveries are erratic & unreliable, I do hesitate now as it's a great shame as the couriers they use let the company down... It was rectified by Ciera very quickly but the joy of receiving something beautiful is not quite the same when it's damaged.”

We try our best, and if we could have our own courier company, we totally would, but for now, we have to rely on third party couriers to deliver our flowers for us. “I only saw photographs of the flowers that were delivered to my sister. I was rather disappointed at what I saw. I thought the roses looked rather droopy and I could not see that there were 15 roses in the bouquet. My sister did comment on the scent of the sweet peas. I thought the flowers were expensive compared with other companies I have used. I would not rush to use The Real Flower Company again”

“Ever since I smelt a delightful, genuine flower whiff as I walked past their flower shop in Chelsea, and felt compelled to turn back and sniff out the source of this delicious fresh scent.....whenever I am near their shop in Fulham I feel compelled to go in and bask in Beauty. They are my go-to florist - I never use anybody else, now. I wish they could open up in the rest of Europe - I could then confidently order tasteful scented nosegays to cheer friends up abroad....indeed, the Rest of the World should take note and open up their own genuine real flower shops. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!”
