“My mother received her beautifully scented flowers on time. I got great customer service when I called up to ask a question before purchase. I would only ask that you increase your service to Europe but that may not be possible. I love how traditional and English your flowers are too. Thank you.”

“I discovered the company when I was delivered a fabulous bouquet recently. I was so impressed with the quality of the product and when I then went to order a bouquet for a friend, the service and efficiency of the website was also first class. “A bit disappointed this time, to be honest: flowers for sister's 50th birthday had almost no scent and the roses looked a little tired. We received them at mine midday Thursday and she returned home Sunday morning, but wasn't enthusiastic enough to take them with her :(”

“I ordered the flowers from New York City without really knowing what I was getting. My daughter sent pictures, and she's not just being nice when she says it’s one of the prettiest bouquets she’s ever seen, and very fragrant! I am delighted.”

“Okay well they were very nice but I ordered flowers a few years back, I think four, from David Austin when there were handling their own online bouquet sales and I have to say sadly they were much better, more profuse. At the time I would have said 'that is the best bouquet I have ever bought online' and sadly I would not say this about the present I bought this time. On both occasions I was staying with the person I bought the flowers from and I did get to see them in the flesh and not just hear what they were like. Don't like to pass on this news but have to be honest. Thank you”

“I’ve ordered a bouquet for my girlfriends birthday. Paid extra so the flowers would be delivered before 10:30 AM. Then I called them for confirmation, everything seemed good. However, they didn’t have the colours I wanted, so they mixed it with other flowers. Then, I’ve been waiting since morning for the delivery. And I didn’t received them. I called them again and they suggested to wait, as It would arrive the next day. What kind of customer service is that? Like, F*ck your birthday and everything, we got your money, so f*ck off now?!”

“My mother was pleased overall with her flowers but pointed out that the smaller flowers in the arrangement were wilted because they weren’t securely put into the oasis. She had to do this herself and then they picked up. A bit disappointing considering what the arrangement cost.”

“Lovely flowers but unacceptable to have them delivered 3 days after Mothers’ day and only when I called to ask what was happening. Being offered a refund of the delivery charge only on £100 flowers is not customer service either. Really disappointed.”
