“The flowers were gorgeous! I ordered a bouquet for my civil ceremony 2 days in advance and they arrived on time and in a beautify box that ensured they are safely transported.”

“I was DEVASTATED to hear my flowers had been left on a doorstep in central london without checking whether the recipient was there (she was away). I love this company but cannot justify double to price for not even a proper service. It’s a big no from me. Absolutely gutting. And when I called to complain they said nothing could be done about it. Appalling! Never again. Even interflora would be better.”

“Bought flowers from The Real Flower Company for a very hard to please Mother. I am pleased to say that she was thrilled with them and repeatedly mentioned how pretty they were and how wonderful they smelt. Easy to order and arrived on the day stated. “First time ordering. I haven’t seen the flowers as they were for someone else . I was concerned when I received a picture of the box on the doorstep from the delivery company. It was very squashed. When I gave them a thumbs down review the picture disappeared so I can’t show you. My friend posted a picture of the flowers. Is this how they should look ? The yellow ones do look a bit disheveled I think and this was the day they arrived. I want to support British growers but you are at the mercy of the delivery companies and I’m not sure this company treated your product with the respect it deserves. Sorry”

“My first time ordering from The Real Flower Company - impressed with the website, delivery and packaging of the flowers. I opted for the "Fresh from the Farm" bouquet, which looked a little "sad" and droopy when it arrived however, once I popped it in water with the feed, it perked up. The bouquet smelt lovely and fresh, however the majority of the stems were just leaves, not many actual flowers and I felt a little short changed. I will order again, however I may opt for something else.”

“Not the cheapest, but I would guess these are just about the best flowers you can send someone. Each time I have sent some, the recipients say they are not only the most beautiful combination of flowers, but what makes them extra special is the wonderful scent.”

“Beautiful roses in beautiful bouquets. That’s about it. They are mostly dead in four or five days, some the next day. We ordered six months’ deliveries and had to call every month except one, because they didn’t turn up. Exceptionally expensive for what we got.”
