“Beautifully packaged rose in great condition it was a present and they loved it. Only 4 stars as it was delivered a day late I think this was the delivery companies fault not the Real Flower Company.”

“The bouquets from The Real Flower Company are absolutely stunning and arrive beautifully packaged. The wonderfully scented roses look like they have just been freshly picked from the garden and are always in the prettiest colour combinations. I have every confidence when ordering from The Real Flower Company that the recipient will be delighted with their bouquet. The Real Flower Company also have an excellent Customer Service who are extremely helpful.”

“I paid more for these flowers for Valentine's Day, on arrival they were great. However, 3 days later flowers died very quickly and only last a maximum of 5 days. I had hoped they would last a lot longer consider I’d spent £100+ on a bouquet of flowers”

“I would usually give you 5* but my most recent order, which was for our daughter’s future mother-in-law (so I ordered from you as I really wanted the flowers to be excellent) were a bit disappointing. I know flowers are extremely expensive at this time of year but I was surprised to see, from the photograph sent to thank me, that there only appeared to be 6 roses and a filler, whose name I always forget.”

“Disappointed with the flowers that arrived for our Christmas table; they were not in the best condition and didn’t last long. Plus, they were sent to the wrong address and I had to run around the district looking for them (not your fault).”

“This is a great neighborhood shop for getting beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets delivered! My only problem is matching UK opening times with local US time. The staff at the shop is kind and considerate.”

“Ordered a table Hat Box Arrangement for Christmas - the flowers were quite tired on arrival and only lasted a few days. Also, 2 flower heads were broken on opening the box. Therefore not a great experience and not great value for money.”

“Bought a hatbox as an important birthday gift, roses did not last long enough for the price charged. The recipient contacted The Real Flower Co. and was sent a further few roses as an apology. This was good and thank you. However, would have preferred to have had a decent long-lasting gift in the first place which wouldn't have required the disappointed recipient to contact and complain!”
