“I flowers arrived on Thursday 27 th September. My mother commented not as fresh as she would have expected. I saw on Sunday and couple dead foliage and dropped roses. My mother is experienced florist and would have treated the flowers well.”

“The flowers are beautiful and recipients love them - so this should be a five star review! However it's such a struggle to navigate your website. For example it should be impossible to send flowers without going via a screen giving the option to attach a message to the flowers - but your site does this if you log in part way through a transaction. I would use you for all my flowers if you could get your ecommerce journeys fixed”

“I bought these for my sisters 60th birthday. She was absolutely delighted. Dahlias are wonderful flowers and seasonal . Mixed with the scented herbs, definitely a winner! Sarah”

“I love this company as I’ve had a fabulous bouquet recently, however I was upset when I ordered a delivery for my sisters birthday for it to arrive 4 days early! Unacceptable, I did ring to ask why and the lovely girl I spoke to assured me it wouldn’t happen again”

“I ordered real rose petals for my wedding . They arrived exactly when I hoped they would and we’re perfect and plenty of them for the crowd to throw . A bit pricy and a real indulgence but they added a lovely touch to our beautiful day ! Jane”

“The flowers I ordered were lovely, the roses did not last very well but were easily replaced in tha arrangement to extend the life of the display. The disappointment was with the courier. I paid for a before 10.30 delivery, the parcel was late, not by much, but I had to ask someone else to come in to receive the flowers. At least the courier allowed me to track the consignment while out for delivery so I knew it would be a bit late. Also, the flowers had not been kept upright at some stage in shipment. The inside of the packaging was wet, a number of flowers had fallen out and were loose in the box. It looked as though it had been well packed but badly handled.”

“Imagine......Wednesday afternoon and the realisation that it's my darling god daughter 40th birthday and I have stupidly forgotten!!! Flashback to May this year. My wonderful Mother died and a dear friend sent me the most exquisite bouquet of scented roses and herbs. Amongst my grief, they made me happy. Flash forward (try and keep up!) to Wednesday......I reached a gorgeous girl on the phone who took my order, gave me the relative shipping options and was generally an all round great egg. The flowers reached Antonia on the morning of her birthday. Her note read..."My darling God Mother, they are stunning and I have never smelled anything so beautiful!" Two very satisfied customers. Thanks everyone :-)”

Sorry to hear that the flowers have not lasted. Our bouquets and arrangements are guaranteed for 5 days. Please see here an extract from our FAQ’s on the website… Short vase life: If your flowers do not last five days, we will provide a free replacement. We will require relevant photos to be emailed to us within five days of delivery. However, this is subject to the recipients of our flowers having followed the simple Care Instructions we include. “The flowers were absolutely outstanding. They were delivered at the time I order them for, beautifully packaged and fresh ... ready to come into bloom over the next couple of days. I ordered for my parents golden wedding anniversary I was so pleased with the product which arrived. I don't usually order flowers for mum because they generally are a let down so it is generally orchids … as they last longer. Yes the flowers are not cheapest but they're not the most expensive..they are though just sublime...both roses and foliage smelt exquisite and I will definitely return to use you again and again! Thanks!”

“I have used this service twice and on both occasions the flowers have been beautiful, smelled heavenly and lasted well. Like real flowers should be...but usually are not. Recommended for a special treat for someone...could not fail to be delighted.”
