The flowers (Florists Seasonal Choice Bouquet) were delivered to a friend on time, in great condition. The recipient loved them, and said that they smelled amazing. This was the third order I have made with The Real Flower Company and all have been very well received.

I ordered the scented white rose bouquet as as a birthday gift for my Aunt.She was absolutely thrilled with it,loved the scent. Highly recommend The Real Flower Company.

I recently sent some flowers to a friend who had a baby. On the original order I messed up the delivery address, so as soon as the confirmation was pinged back to me, I responded with the correct address. I then received an email telling me that you had amended the address and I was sent a copy, which was correct. However the delivery guy tried to deliver to an incorrect address and left a message to say he could not deliver that day but would try again. He attached a fuzzy photo to yourselves. He did know that these were fresh flowers, so I don't see how a redelivery would work. I called yourselves and you admitted the mistake. I was upset though as this was an important delivery and I was told that the delivery cost would be free instead, and you would throw in a candle and send a fresh bunch of flowers. I spoke to friends about this and they said that this was pretty appalling and that the flowers should have been refunded, if you cared about the error. Seems like you did not care.

That is the one downfall with garden roses but they are so beautiful for the short time we get to enjoy them.

Very satisfied with the service, all very efficient, and the recipient of the flowers was absolutely delighted, she said she'd never seen such a big bunch of flowers! Just FYI we bought the smaller of the 2 white jugs together with the largest bunch of flowers - but the jug wasn't big enough for them! Perhaps note that on your website?

The Real Flower Company-bring a big green box with beautiful smelling blooms in fabulous colours but most of all they bring joy. It makes the heart go faster when you see the box and it is always a great pleasure when the flowers come out of the box. I think it looks like they have slept most of the way, I send mine to Scotland. Over the next days and week, the blooms emerge. Admired by many ( fewer visitors at the moment) but the smell of flowers, herbs and green leaves that emerges when the box is opened is amazing and never dulls. The arrangement is beautiful, put together seemingly with little effort that belies great skill. Happiness and Joy in a box. You get what you pay for and I do t think they are expensive. Enjoy

Disappointing. I particularly chose this company due to their environmental ethos, which I felt was worth paying extra for. I ordered a £55 Spring Bouquet for my Mothers birthday. When they arrived my Mother told me that the box they arrived in was wet (as if something had leaked on them in transit) and that inside the paper wrapping and card was also wet which kind of spoilt the "wow' factor, she also said the scent was very subtle despite them being rated 9/10 on the companies scent scale. I sent an email to the company complaining to which they apologised and asked me to send photos to establish the reason for this. I said I did not have any photos as my Mother did not take any, and I did not hear back from them. I was hoping for a partial refund/voucher in which case I might have brought from them again but as I have not I will not use them again and am writing this negative review instead...

Usually love this company as their flowers are so beautiful. Very disappointed this time. I bought a bouquet for my mum’s birthday and within 2 days the roses had died without opening.

I had high hopes and was very disappointed My flowers looked limp when they arrived and I hoped they would pick up after I trimmed their stems and put them in water. They looked droopier by the day - every day I had to thin them out, taking out the worst ones. By the end of the week, they were all on the compost heap. I often buy flowers online and they usually last for two weeks. These flowers didn't bring me joy at all. I emailed the Real Flower Company over a week ago and haven't had a reply.

Lovely flowers but mainly greenery. Very few roses and the scent wasn’t very strong. Probably better idea to send in summer

I emailed your company on Valentine’s Day pointing out what a bad experience I’d had in terms of the delivery of your flowers. You invite comments and feedback from your customers, which I gave on the day via your website ,and have received no reply. My £20 delivery charge lead to a sodden wet box where the driver left it in the rain by the door of an out building in my courtyard garden. No attempt was made to come to the front door so that my wife could’ve been alerted to the hopeful surprise of flowers being delivered ( I have this on CCTV as it happens). We have been customers of your company for some years, and in my email I requested at least a part refund. Nigel Johnson

My flowers looked a little limp when they arrived but I hoped they would revive in water. They looked sadder as the days went by and I weeded out the worst of them; by the end of one week, they were all on the compost heap. I was very disappointed as I had been intending to buy from the Real Flower Company for a while as the flowers look so attractive on-line. I'll stick to my usual company - their flowers always last for two weeks.

The roses that I purchased only lasted 3 days as I am guessing they were too cold in the delivery van. Your flowers before have been perfect, so I was so disappointed with my valentines gift.

Really beautiful flowers that last over a week. The scent is fantastic too! Ordered David Austin's choice and the only thing I'd say is the foliage wasn't autumnal colours as in photo but didn't read the note that says seasonal foliage used. Might be useful to see photo of what bouquet looks like depending on season. We've already ordered again as a gift and it was really well received. These flowers are a really special treat for someone. Although the ribbons were beautiful I wonder whether biodegradable alternative available?!

On Valentines Day morning I was in our house awaiting your delivery and our gate buzzer to be rung ….. that did not happen. Only by me walking up to our entrance and checking did I find the delivery - on the outside (roadside) of our locked electric gates ! It was a complete miracle that someone had not just picked this up and made off with my Wife’s flowers ! You have my phone number - no one called. I am sure Valentines morning will be extremely busy for you delivery capacity - which you will understand is not my problem - and I do not expend time and £150 to have my Wife’s & my Valentines Day ruined I will not be ordering from you again.

I have done some investigation and looking at the tracking details, the flowers were delivered at 9.25 am, and DPD supplied a picture of the delivery and this was emailed to the given email address to advise.
