“The flowers were all lovely on arrival (Tuesday), a s smells wonderful. I had expected 12 roses, but there were only 11. However, as there were also 4 dahlias, I thought they made up for the lack of a rose! The roses seem to be lasting well - it is now Friday. I changed the water yesterday, and certainly by then the dahlias’ petals underneath were dried out. See attached photo.”

“I gather the flowers arrived in good condition inspite of delivery being one day later than intended. You informed me that the flowers would be 24 hours late and that you would replenish if not in good condition which was reassuring. Thank you.”

“The Real Flower Company really cares about their customers, their service, and of course, the timely delivery of their beautiful locally grown flowers. I have used their service numerous times and always been very happy with the results, but last week, they went above and beyond to help. When the delivery date for the flowers sent in condolence on the loss of a close family member went awry, as the recipient went away to make funeral arrangements, Siofra at the Real Flower Company customer service saved the day. She got back to me very quickly, and expedited my flowers to arrive earlier than the original delivery date! So that rather than being left to languish on the doorstep, the beautiful bouquet could be received, and enjoyed, bringing some comfort. To all at the Real Flower Company, thank you for caring.”

“Real Flower Company bouquets are unique in that they combine beautiful flowers and scent. The use of herbal foliage adds to the scent. The containers are very individual and the deliveries are made efficiently.”

“10/10 for beautiful, scented bouquet of flowers. Lots of interesting flower choices - love the herb and wildflower additions. Stunning! Roses bashed in transit, leaving brown edges on the petals, which was a shame.”

“The Flowers were amazing - both in color, diversity and scent. I purchased florist-choice - as I think it's always good to give the florist a bit of creative licensing and to work with what they have on hand. My only disappointment is that my personal messages didn't arrive with the cards -- so the recipient had to send out an email asking who they were from.”

“As sent as a gift the flowers were very poor when arriving even though a message inside said about the heat they managed to come round a bit with some water but for the amount paid not happy although they had a lovely scent”
