Yesterday , I placed an order over the phone with The Real Flower Company, and I cannot praise Cosmo in customer services highly enough. The bouquet of roses I ordered is to be placed on my mother’s grave at her forthcoming funeral, making this phone call an emotional experience for me. Cosmo took the time to ensure my order was perfect, demonstrating a level of understanding and patience that is rare to find these days in our increasingly busy world. His warmth and patience turned what could have been a difficult moment into a pleasant experience. Cosmo is a real asset to The Real Flower Company—his outstanding customer service, coupled with his sincere kindness, made all the difference. Thank you, Cosmo, for going above and beyond!

Beautifully presented. A very competitive price. Two of the branches of mimosa were beautiful but one faded within hours otherwise it would have been a five star. I would purchase again.

Excellent flowers and excellent customer service. I’ve used The Real Flower Company on numerous occasions, and never been let down. They are way above all the usual flower companies. And their flowers actually have a fragrant scent! Their customer service is very approachable and so professional.

The recipient was sent the wrong product. i ordered the three mini hatboxes and they recieves a single bunch of flowers. I would ask for a refund but I am sure that is long winded. I have used this company for years and this is not to the standard I have become accustomed.

I was so pleased with the floral wreath I ordered for my mum’s funeral - it was beautiful with lovely evocative perfume; and delivered without any drama, just pure efficiency. (The photo shows the wreath after a week- I’m drying the flowers to keep)

Actually. Am fairly disappointed. Have been buying flowers from you for many many years and usually they are exceptional. However this bunch lasted less than a week, and there was virtually no scent. That is not what I expect from a premium priced product like yours. Will have to think hard before using you again I’m afraid. Russell

Simple internet ordering, and great delivery with excellent verification. Disppointed that we ordered the large version of Winter Jewel bouquet but it did not arrive as large. Otherwise, it was lovely. Because of the excellent delivery may consider using again.

I sent two hat boxes one to each customer to welcome them home after my company had reinstated their homes following flood and subsidence damage. They did not have the wow factor that we had hoped. The quality of the flowers was good. Just not what we had hoped. Sorry
