“From the moment we met Steve we were soon reassured that we were in capable hands for our motor trade insurance. After being let down by our previous broker, in a big way, I wanted someone who would discuss the policy being offered in detail. Steve was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the policy and it was discussed until we were happy with which extras were required and which not. This one initial meeting has led us to use Steve for our Insurance needs for several years, being very happy with the competitive quote for premiums to renew each year. Also the fact that there is always a swift response to emails or any queries we might have. If Steve doesn't have the answer he will point us in the correct direction.”
