Their service is second to none, I usually have delivery of the beans within a couple of days via the standard post method. My go to favourite is ‘The Italian Job’, but also like many of the other coffees they supply.”

“You want good quality and consistency. Rave Coffee excels in both and that includes not only the coffee beans but also the delivery and communications.
What about when things go wrong? In all my years of buying at least once a month, only once there was an issue and it was because of Royal Mail. Rave Coffee responded quickly. Apparently I wasn't the only one, because since then Rave Coffee upgraded the delivery service.

On 2 occasions i was sending a gift and duly filled in the card to be inserted with the gift. SO NO CARD WITH GIFT. I had to explain that the gift was from me. So please just ensure you add the cards.”

“My first 3 choices of coffee were not available so we bought another coffee this time, Signature Blend no. 1 which we haven't yet tried. The Fudge blend was just an addition to my main order and we bought just a sample 250g. I would be happier if my main choices are more available in future.”

The facct that it came with a brewing guide fo all types of Coffe devices was what made the purchase 5 starts as it truly made the experince the bext it could be. i would not have left the coffee in the French press for long enough nor relaised there were different techniques for different devices. An excellent experience for an artisan coffee company.”
