“Rave are fantastic, always great coffee choices, carefully sourced and well roasted. The postage is quick, the coffee always fresh and roasted to order and the service is great if you have any weird little requests. Don’t really need to look anywhere else these days!”
“Coffee tastes great but the pods killed my coffee machine. Rave refunded the cost of the pods but I had to replace the machine at my own cost. Rave recently sent me some new ones to try FOC, as they changed the pod design to resolve they issue. Unfortunately they didn't let me know they were sending them so I just got an unexpected email about a 'purchase' I didn't think I had made. A nice gesture, but poorly executed. I wont risk Rave pods again since I have no reason to believe they would replace my new machine if they also caused high levels of back pressure resulting in damage. I have asked Rave to delete my data from their system which they tell they have done, however I am still getting requests to leave a review. So here it is.”

As discussed previously, we are very keen to make this right and committed to keeping you updated once we were confident that the issue with our previous design had been resolved. This is why we sent out a free order of our new pods along with a personalised note addressing the issue.

“Having always ordered single origin coffee from another supplier I was reluctant to change however their delivery charges became really too much. Thought I would try Rave for similar and wasn’t disappointed. Very good single origin coffee.”
