“Excellent customer service. I placed an order which arrived promptly as usual. On opening the box I found the bag had split around the air release valve and a lot of coffee was loose in the box. I contacted Rave who immediately sent out a replacement which arrived within a couple of days.”

“It’s lovely decaf coffee but I’m sorry, it’s not with nearly 3 x the price (with shipping) as Starbucks own bean decaf. Sorryt if that’s controversial. I know you have all the effort and are smaller but cost is important as well as flavour”
