There was an issue with one of the latest orders delivery which wasn't Rave's fault at all, they showed understanding, and resolved it quickly and professionally.

Would have been 5 stars, however was bought as a Christmas gift a day 3 days after we received it, I was sent a branded leaflet through the letter box asking us to review- so my partner knew what he was getting!”

We have been ordering our regular subscription for a year now, and we love it. We’ve tried different types, the one from Rwanda was a favourite, but now we have settled for a regular one.

“Just switched to decaf coffee beans. No 11 blend is excellent - wouldn’t know I was drinking decaf coffee. Additionally, it uses the Swiss water process to remove the caffeine from the coffee bean so no chemicals to worry about.
